RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer is a “Consumer”, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, he is entitled to the rights set forth in Article 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by Decree 2013/83 EU within the limits provided for by such legislation and therefore has the right to terminate the Purchase Contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, in the manner specified below. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Withdrawal). The right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to info@aiacheraglia.it within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. The goods must then be returned by the Customer within 14 days from the date on which the same has communicated that it wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal. The Ass. AIA CHE RAGLIA will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice (if any). The customer will bear the transport costs for the return of the non-conforming goods. Ass. AIA CHE RAGLIA will send the product in exchange at its own expense in case of returns for faulty products and possible product changes. The Ass. AIA CHE RAGLIA, having verified that the returned goods are intact and in normal state of preservation, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation), will refund the price and related shipping costs invoiced, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the communication from the Customer to withdraw from the contract and not before receipt of the product(s) supplied. The re-credit will be made in the same way in which the customer has supported his purchase. Exception for cash on delivery. In this case the Ass. AIA CHE RAGLIA will refund by bank transfer to the iban code indicated by the customer. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) / ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
EU Regulation no. 524/2013 and Legislative Decree no. 130/2015 have introduced legislation aimed at facilitating the out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and traders relating to a product or service purchased online. To this end, a European Online Dispute Resolution platform (so-called ODR platform) has been created, which can be consulted at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Through the ODR platform the consumer can send a complaint relating to a contract concluded online with the Ass. AIA CHE RAGLIA . and thus activate the online dispute resolution procedure. There are 4 steps:

– handling of the complaint by the resolution body
